Sales conditions

We care for our horses a great deal. Therefore we only sell to experienced, approved homes.
It is not our policy to sell a miniature to a home where there are no other equines and we very rarely
sell a miniature that will be with big horses (too dangerous for the little one). We happily sell two together to
prospective buyers so they can have a companion - after all, horses are herd animals and all our horses
are used to living in small herds.

We do ask lots of questions of potential buyer  to make sure we are happy our horses go on to the
best places. We won't apologise for that and hope that if you are interested in one of our beautiful little
horses you will happily comply.

We always encourage people to visit and view the horse they are interested in. If this is not possible we can provide
lots of photographs and short video clips of the horse moving and in it's natural environment or whatever mode our
customers require, within reason. However, it is important to note that we are not professional photographers but do our utmost to provide the best photos / videos to match our ability and meet the needs of the customer's requirements.

All our horses, viewed in person or otherwise are sold as seen. We are totally and sincerely honest about the horses we sell, therefore, any issues that may be present and that we are aware of, will be thoroughly brought to the attention of any prospective purchaser. We view this strategy as only fair to the horse we are selling.
