Stormy has been with us since he was 8 months
old. At the tender age of 10 months he attended his first show
and gained Reserve Champion Miniature.
He has matured into a fine example of a real modern mini - he is a lovely
stallion in all ways.
He is refined and is straight and smooth in movement; He has an
even bite. He is a lively character, affectionate, and nothing fazes him. He is a
beautiful colour and will, we are sure, throw
some superb coloured offspring given his breeding
(sire pictured
above, dam
is a golden palomino) - he should single dilute.
Stormy has his first foal due in 2011, however we are winding down our
breeding
programme, and simply do not have
sufficient mares to use him to his full potential going forward. He deserves
the opportunity to prove what a fantastic sire he
will surely be.
He not only has this potential, but
also would
make a flashy driving miniature too - and he will still show at top level.
He is good to clip, with the farrier, to box. He lives in our out all year,
but needs shelter or rug in the winter..
